If you're a UK based not-for-profit organisation planning a marine conservation project, you may be eligible to apply for a grant from Sea-Changers. We give out a number of small grants (up to a maximum of £1,200) twice a year, often supporting grassroots and community based projects.
The projects we fund should achieve one or more of the following objectives:
* To address the root causes of marine conservation threats and challenges in the UK.
* To prevent or reduce negative impacts on UK coastal and marine environments and / or species.
* To add to the body of knowledge about marine conservation threats and challenges in the UK.
