CELEBRATING A DECADE OF CREATING A SEA CHANGE

Updated: Feb 8, 2022

Announcing a virtual festival to celebrate 10 years of Sea-Changers - 23rd - 30th June 2021.

This year marks a decade of Sea-Changers supporting highly local, human-scale action on big global challenges. We are so proud to enable grassroots projects within coastal communities to grow and thrive. From species conservation and citizen science projects to beach cleans and public awareness campaigns, it’s time to celebrate all that we have achieved together.

This June we’re programming a festival of virtual events to spotlight some of the projects we fund, promote what we do as a charity and raise more funds to distribute. Our line-up already includes The Shark Trust, The National Lobster Hatchery, Cornwall Seal Research Group and Project Seagrass. Marine biologist Helen Scales, presenter Miranda Krestovnikoff and coastal ecologist Maya Plass will also be taking part.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Tracy Evans from Port and Lemon who designed our gorgeous festival logo for us. To see some of Tracy's other lovely creations visit her website here. Don't forget you can raise money every time they spend over £10 on the Port and Lemon website by using the code SEACHANGERS at checkout.
