Yoga for Oceans

Updated: Jul 30, 2019

Kriste Sedleviciute is a trained yoga teacher living in London. She recently got in touch with Sea-Changers because she wanted to combine her love of Yoga and with her concern for the seas…by running two Yoga fundraising classes for on World Oceans Day 2019. The events will take place on the 8th and 9th of June and you can book using the Facebook links below. Both events are free to attend but Kriste would love it if all attendees could make a donation to Sea-Changers to give something back to the sea on World Oceans Day.

The classes will last one hour and will work on calming the mind and strengthening the body through breath guided movement. Kriste says, “It does not matter whether you are experienced in yoga or not, it’s all about your personal journey and the beautiful cause because all funds raised will go to Sea-Changers, a volunteer-run charity who work to protect the oceans.”
